I've almost been in college for 3 months and it has definitely been and experience I will never forget. I've made to rally good friends, and gotten closer to one girl I have known for a couple years. I have tested relationships, and grown closer to people i thought I had lost with time. Overall, I have learned to be independent and to be myself. I motivate myself to do well, and dont depend on my parents to tell me what to do. But thats not the point of this journal.

The point is that my mom took my camera because she needed it, so i wont have one for a couple weeks more. The good news is that, i used this sharing of the camera as an excuse to o ahead and order myself a new camera. And not just another nikon coolpix, but i mean a nice one. I have to have at least a 35mm for my photography class next semester, so I'm probably getting a Canon Rebel. I'm really excited and can't wait to start taking pictures again.
